WHAT Happened to Emma Fox Handbags?
Some years ago, Emma Fox’s bags and purses were bustling and shining on shelves.
These handbags are some of the most interesting ones on the market. Decent demand for them.
However, due to being unavailable, the question that keeps popping up is whether or not Emma Fox is still in business or not.
Did the brand shut down despite the demand for them?
If so, what happened? And most importantly, can you still find them today?
Let’s find out some answers to these questions, so follow me as I uncover the timeline for Emma Fox handbags:
What Happened to Emma Fox Handbags?
From what I can gather, Emma Fox stopped operation around 2017 but there isn’t much on whether the brand was acquired by another brand or not.
Their Facebook page is still up and showing posts up to 2017. Also, a couple of the comments also confirmed the brand has stopped production.
I searched for the official website but I couldn’t find it. I actually don’t know if they ever had an official website before going out of business.
Update: The brand actually had a website at http://www.emma-fox.com/. Unfortunately, the website is down as at the time of writing this article.
Frequently Asked Questions on Emma Fox Handbags
Is Emma Fox a Good Brand?
I would think the brand was good while it lasted. There are a lot of reviews on Emma Fox and I would think the majority are positive.
Look what users are posting about the brand:
The Good:
- Adorable.
- They’re just the right height to hide under boot-cut jeans. You could easily tuck skinny jeans into them too.
- The brown shade has a bit of a gray tint to it that’s very pretty and unique.
- Has a convenient side zipper.
- The boot’s heel and curve make your feet look so dainty!
The Bad:
- The padding on the footbed is nothing special, and the toe box is tight for wider feet.
- Comfort is so-so. I get blisters if I walk over a mile or so in them. They’re fine for shorter distances though.
- The bottom of the boot has no tread. It’s just not feasible to wear these in bad weather.
And here is one on a bag:
I have one of her handbags and I have to say that I love it!!! the leather is really good quality the hardware is not loosing the color and I have a lot of women who are stopping me to know what designer it is. I bought mine at Nordstrom rack and I am very happy with it and I am going to buy another one. I recommend this designer to anyone!! have fun shopping!!!

Where Can I Buy Emma Fox Handbags?
There are so many stores where you can shop for these bags. This includes Walmart, Amazon, eBay, Macy’s, Nordstrom, Poshmark, Thredup, etc.
Unfortunately, since the brand is no longer operating, you may not be able to buy any of the handbags. Except, of course, if you’re checking eBay or Poshmark for used ones.
Is Emma Fox Still in Business?
My research shows that Emma Fox is no longer in business. The brand stopped operation a few years back.
While you may not see Emma Fox handbags anymore, you may be able to find some resemblance in some alternatives.
I also checked their Facebook page and the last post is around 2017, so they probably are gone.
Final Thoughts on Emma Fox Handbags
Despite the enduring charm of its handbag range, Emma Fox no longer exists as an independent brand.
The brand’s website is currently empty, and the only social media where it was once active is Facebook. However, the Facebook Page hasn’t been updated in 5 years.
Nonetheless, Emma Fox handbags continue to be available in second-hand versions in a range of online stores and boutiques, for those who still want to use the brand
